Building the engine and fitting bigger turbos opens up more power potential. Nostrum Stage X supplies the fuel capacity to match, pairing the Goliath high-pressure pump with six Stage 3 direct injectors for the 2022+ Ranger Raptor 3.0 V6 EcoBoost petrol.
This is the highest-capacity pump-and-injector combination in our current Raptor bundle range. The pump mounting, high-pressure lines and connection hardware are included; fitting and calibration are separate.

Stage X gives you the Stage 3 injector set with Goliath rather than Big Bore. Goliath delivers 60% more pump flow than stock, compared with Big Bore’s 47%. The injectors provide 96% more flow than the original 3.0L set.
That makes this the combination we would put forward for a larger-turbo build whose intended fuel demand exceeds Big Bore. Choosing around the finished engine can save buying a pump now that you already expect to replace. If you have Stage 3 injectors fitted, the separate Goliath kit lets you make the same pump step without buying them again.

Flow comparisons are against the stock Raptor 3.0L components. Choose the combination around the finished engine, fuel and calibration. Installation and tuning are separate.
The pump supplies the fuel rail; the injectors meter fuel into each cylinder. Matching their capacities gives the build room to grow without leaving one part of the high-pressure system behind.
The Stage 3 injectors flow 25 g/s at 100 bar and have a 200-bar maximum operating pressure. Their OEM-comparable spray pattern is an important part of controlling the fuel in the combustion chamber, including at idle and light throttle. A well-developed calibration needs to give those everyday conditions the same attention as full-load delivery.
Professional fitting and ECU calibration are required and priced separately. Establish software support for your ECU with the tuner, then arrange installation and calibration together. The electrical adapter connects the pump; the flange, fuel lines and damping components still need fitting to the supplied instructions.
Petrol and pump E85 are supported with matching calibration. Nostrum cautions about deposits with intermediate E30–E50 blends and recommends periodic petrol use when running them. Agree a compatible fuel and maintenance plan with your tuner, particularly if travelling where your usual fuel is unavailable.
The ESSIM ethanol analyser and any additional supply pump are separate. Automatic flex-fuel operation requires ethanol measurement and an ECU strategy that uses it. Size the tank-side supply alongside the high-pressure hardware.
Stage X is built to order. Arrange the workshop date around the confirmed delivery estimate, with time for fitting and calibration before the truck returns to regular use.
Nostrum provides a limited lifetime hardware warranty subject to its terms. Future changes to turbos, fuel or engine specification need the calibration and fuel demand reviewed again.

Yes. Both include six Stage 3 injectors. Stage X supplies the higher-flow Goliath pump; Stage 3 supplies Big Bore. Choose Stage X when the planned build needs the additional pump capacity.
