Why we choose Fenix

Not every supplier makes the cut. Fenix is on the shelf because heat is the ceiling on every tuned or hard-working engine, and Fenix has built nothing but cooling since 2004.

1

Heat is the tuning ceiling

Consistent charge temperature is what keeps a tuned engine making its power on the tenth pull, not just the first. The intercooler kits pair naturally with our calibration work.

2

Full-alloy construction

Thicker cores and alloy tanks where the factory part uses plastic: more flow, more capacity and more strength on corrugations and clay.

3

Direct fit, no fabrication

Kits arrive with the piping and hardware to bolt in against a checked fitment profile. No cutting, no guesswork, no mystery brackets.

Fenix questions, answered

Do I need an intercooler upgrade if I'm tuned?

If you want the map to deliver consistently, yes. The factory core is sized for factory boost; a tuned engine heat-soaks it quickly and the ECU pulls power to compensate. A bigger alloy core keeps charge temps, and therefore power, stable.

Will the transmission cooler help with towing?

That's exactly what it's for. Fluid temperature is what ages an automatic gearbox, and towing or soft ground pushes it hardest. The auxiliary cooler buys real margin on trucks that work.

Can you fit Fenix kits for me?

Yes. Intercooler and transmission cooler installs can be done in our workshop, ideally alongside calibration so we can log the before and after, or we'll ship the kit with fitting notes.

What are lead times on order-in items?

Popular Ranger and Raptor kits move quickly and specific kits can be order-in. We'll give you a real date before you commit, not after.

Fitment first
