1. Overview

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with Hoonies Adrenaline Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”) within the United Kingdom and internationally.

This policy should be read alongside our Terms of Service and Returns Policy.


2. Order Processing Times

In-stock items are typically processed within 1–3 working days.

Special-order, imported, or supplier-direct items may require extended processing times. Estimated lead times will be communicated where possible but are not guaranteed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


3. Delivery Timeframes

United Kingdom

  • Standard Delivery: Typically 2–5 working days after dispatch
  • Large or palletised items: 3–7 working days

International

  • Europe: Typically 3–10 working days after dispatch
  • Rest of World: Typically 5–14 working days after dispatch

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


4. Special Order & Imported Products

Some products are sourced from international manufacturers at the time of order.

Lead times for imported items vary depending on supplier availability, freight schedules, customs clearance, and transport logistics.

Estimated timelines are indicative only and do not constitute contractual delivery guarantees.


5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Large, oversized, or palletised items may require bespoke shipping quotes.


6. Customs, Duties & International Taxes

For international shipments, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing:

  • Import duties
  • Customs clearance fees
  • Import VAT or local taxes
  • Brokerage charges

are the sole responsibility of the customer.

If customs charges are not paid and a shipment is returned, any associated return freight, storage, penalties, or customs charges will be deducted from any refund.


7. Risk and Responsibility

UK Consumers

Goods remain our responsibility until delivered to you or a person nominated by you.

Business Customers & International Orders

Risk transfers upon dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing.


8. Delays Outside Our Control

We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Supplier delays
  • Customs inspections
  • Freight disruptions
  • Weather events
  • Carrier operational issues
  • Governmental or regulatory action

9. Tracking

Tracking information will be provided where available once your order has been dispatched.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure delivery details are correct at the time of order.


10. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery fails due to incorrect address details, non-collection, or refusal:

  • Redelivery charges may apply.
  • Return shipping costs will be deducted from any refund.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

11. Large, Heavy & Pallet Deliveries

Palletised or oversized items are delivered kerbside only unless otherwise agreed.

The customer is responsible for ensuring suitable access for delivery vehicles.

Failed delivery due to restricted access may incur additional charges.


12. Inspection on Delivery

You must inspect goods upon delivery.

Any visible damage must be reported within 24 hours with supporting photographs.

Failure to report transit damage within this timeframe may affect claim eligibility with the carrier.


13. Partial Shipments

We reserve the right to dispatch orders in multiple shipments where necessary.


14. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

We are not responsible for losses arising from incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer.
