Stage 3 is the injector-led rung for the 2023-2024 Ford Ranger Raptor. The pump stays as it is — the same fully stainless welded Big Bore HPFP kit at 47% over stock used at Stage 1 and Stage 2 — while the six flow-matched direct injectors jump to Stage 3 at 96% more flow than factory. Nostrum rates that combination to support over 1000 WHP on pump E85. On a UK Raptor running larger turbochargers or a serious ethanol map, this is where the injectors stop holding the calibration back and the pump becomes the next honest limit.
Nearly doubling injector size changes what the calibrator can do: more fuel per pulse, lower duty at any given power, and room to run richer without the injectors running out of pulse width. What it does not change is pump capacity. The Big Bore still supplies 47% more than standard, and Stage 3 injectors can ask for more than that on a heavily built truck.
Once the injectors are 96% up, the pump does the hardest work in the system. If your target sits at the top of what this rung is rated for, compare it against the Stage X bundle, which keeps these exact injectors and replaces the Big Bore with the 1200-250 Goliath at 60% over stock. The parts are also sold alone as the Stage 3 injector set and the Ranger Raptor HPFP kit.

It is a large step, and the calibration works harder at idle and light throttle than at Stage 2. On a mildly modified truck, Stage 2 is easier to live with.
The injectors are identical. Stage X swaps the Big Bore pump for the 1200-250 Goliath at 60% over stock and adds the mounting flange, adapters and harness that pump needs.
