Sometimes the right next purchase is the pump, not another complete fuel bundle. Nostrum Big Bore adds 47% more high-pressure pump flow than stock, with the mounting and lines for the Ranger Raptor 3.0 V6 installation.
Choose the pump-only kit when the existing injectors still meet the intended demand. You retain hardware that can keep doing the job and invest in the part of the system that needs more capacity.

The separate kit makes sense when your injectors already meet the engine’s intended demand. Big Bore increases the supply to the fuel rail while the existing injectors continue to meter fuel into the cylinders with the correct calibration.
If both parts need changing, the Stage 1, Stage 2 and Stage 3 bundles pair this same pump with different injector sets. If the finished build needs supply beyond Big Bore, Goliath is the next pump step at 60% more flow than stock.
Big Bore has a geometric displacement of 1.87 cc per revolution and a maximum operating pressure of 248 bar. Those specifications describe the pump; the complete system must also respect the pressure limit of the fitted injectors.
The supply from the tank feeds Big Bore, which supplies the rail. Increasing high-pressure pump capacity is useful where that pump is the limitation. If low fuel pressure is a fault rather than a capacity issue, diagnosis should identify the cause before you choose parts.
The 47% flow increase gives the build more available fuel. It is not a 47% power increase: airflow, injectors, fuel and calibration determine what the engine can make from that supply.
Supporting ECU calibration is required and separate from the kit. Establish software support and the appropriate pump data with your tuner before installation. Professional fitting covers the application-specific mounting flange, lines and electrical connection.
The hardware is petrol and ethanol compatible. Use fuel supported by the full system and calibration, with ethanol measurement and a suitable ECU strategy where the fuel plan calls for them. A later turbo, injector or fuel change needs the calibration reviewed again.
Big Bore is built to order, so arrange workshop time around the delivery estimate. The H086-1953 kit supports the stated Ranger Raptor and Bronco Raptor 3.0 V6 petrol applications; another 3.0 EcoBoost can use a different installation.
Nostrum’s limited lifetime hardware warranty applies subject to its terms. The separate injector sets let you develop the system later while retaining Big Bore where it still meets the engine’s demand.

Yes. The calibration must match Big Bore and the rest of the fuel system. Fitting and tuning are separate from the kit price.

No. H086-1953 is the kit for the supported Raptor applications. Other EcoBoost vehicles can require different mounts, lines and pump arrangements.
