If you have already chosen factory upfitter switches, sPOD or Switch-Pros controls, this harness helps bring your LP lights into that arrangement. Its lock-out function prevents the high and low circuits from being powered together, so you can use the controls you prefer with the correct separation for the lights.

The 640167 harness is for the compatible LP9/LP6 Pro and Racer wiring layout. Use it with an appropriately rated upfitter or power-module installation and follow the light-specific diagram. A separate switch is not included.
The installation uses a 10A-capable low-beam feed and a high-beam trigger drawing less than 1A, as specified in the guide. Check the output ratings and functions on your chosen controller instead of treating every control wire as the same electrical load.
The harness includes the lock-out/relay wiring, battery connections and light leads. Fitting involves routing those leads, mounting the relays and making the specified upfitter and backlight connections; it is a wiring integration job rather than a vehicle-specific plug adapter.
Use it with our LP6 Pro or LP9 Pro lights where the exact wiring applies. If you want an included high/off/low switch instead of using existing controls, choose the 640172 switched harness. The 640168 pigtail is a separate component for custom wiring and is sold one per light.
