A design that was inspired by Baja Designs legendary 8 inch La Paz HID; The LP9 features modern styling and performance, with some of the most advanced LED technologies available today. The LP9 utilizes 9 forward projecting LEDs and 6 LEDs for Integrated Peripheral Technology (IPT) for a total lumen output of 12,547 at 9A. The IPT provides an incredible 200-degree spread of usable light and the housing was designed to provide exceptional heat dispersion by using our proprietary Direct Ducted Cooling (DDC) technology, which allows air to travel from the front of the housing and over the rear heat sinks drastically improving cooling capacity and performance. With a day-time running light, low, and high power mode, the LP9 will fulfil all your lighting needs.

The LP9 Pro is available in multiple patterns to suit your needs. The driving/combo pattern provide maximum trail coverage in a single light. The driving/combo pattern is equipped with both driving (42 degrees) and spot (8 degrees) optics to provide you with a smooth blend of light for both near-field applications and distance (Lighting Zones, 1,2, 3). The Spot pattern is a longer and narrower 8-degree beam focus for illumination further down the trail or road (Lighting Zone 4 & 5) and is designed to be used in conjunction with additional wide cornering and/or driving/combo auxiliary lights.

With so much power, a cooling system was an integral part of making the LP series perform at the highest level. Direct Ducted Cooling, or DDC has been designed in all of the LP series lights for exceptional heat dispersion. This acts as channels, allowing air to travel from the front of the housing to the rear heat sinks keeping the lights from overheating while in use.

One of the features that makes the LP series the best on the trail is Integrated Peripheral Technology, or IPT for short. The IPTs allows the LP series to provide an incredible 200-degree spread of usable light, combining forward and cornering light in an all-in-one package.

The unique Baja Designs futuristic styling through 3D light face with flat and sloping surfaces blended to the case offers the LP9, LP6 and LP4 a characteristic unlike any other light on the market today.

Keeping the LP series running at the highest level means having a lens that is free of damage. All LP series lights have been designed with Baja Designs uService technology. Changing a damaged lens and customizing your light pattern is made easy as unscrewing the housing bolts in the back and installing a new lens. All this can be done in your garage or on the trail without the fear of voiding your Lifetime limited warranty.
