Moving your Raptor to the Process West Stage 2 intercooler doesn't mean buying a complete set of hard pipes again. If you already have Process West Stage 1 piping, this conversion kit replaces the sections that need to change and connects the rest to the larger core. It's a straightforward way to build on the upgrade you already own.

The conversion replaces two pipes and one silicone hose in the Stage 1 arrangement. The remaining Process West piping stays, while the new connections accommodate the Stage 2 intercooler's different layout. The replacement pipes use lightweight CNC mandrel-bent aluminium.
You're buying the parts needed to make your existing pipe kit work with the larger cooler, rather than paying for a second complete pipe kit. The Stage 2 intercooler is sold separately.
This conversion is for our Process West factory/Stage 1 hard-pipe kit, PWRR01B-pipe or PWRR01R-pipe. Having a Stage 1 intercooler alone isn't enough: it is the existing Process West hard pipes that this kit adapts.
If your Raptor still has factory pipes, the Stage 2 intercooler can use them with its adapter arrangement. If you want to replace those factory pipes at the same time, choose the complete Stage 2 hard-pipe kit instead. You don't need this conversion as an extra purchase with that full kit.
Black keeps the installation understated; red makes the upgraded pipework stand out. Choose the colour that suits your existing pipes and the look you want under the bonnet. Both versions perform the same conversion and cost the same.
Fit the conversion as part of the move to the Stage 2 cooler. We recommend professional installation with the pipe joints, clamp positions and clearances checked before a final leak check.
The larger intercooler's installation includes plastic trimming, drilling and relocating the factory shutter motor. Allow for that work when arranging the complete upgrade; changing these three connecting parts doesn't remove the core's fitting requirements.
