The Stage 2 intercooler is a substantial upgrade. Matching aluminium hard pipes carry that approach through the rest of the charge-air system, replacing the factory plastic piping with 2.5-inch mandrel-bent tube and five-ply silicone hoses.
This kit is specifically for the Process West Stage 2 intercooler on the 2022+ Ranger Raptor 3.0 V6 petrol. Choose black for a discreet finish or red to make the installation stand out.

Pipe routing and the intercooler connections need to work as a system. This kit is shaped for the Stage 2 layout, so you are buying the correct arrangement for that core rather than adapting a stock-location kit.
Rigid aluminium tube replaces the original plastic sections; five-ply silicone provides the flexible connections. We would fit the pipes alongside the Stage 2 cooler when that is the finished build you want.
The purchase is the Stage 2 aluminium piping kit with five-ply silicone hoses in your selected colour. The Stage 2 intercooler and fitting labour are separate.
Already have Process West Stage 1 hard pipes? The PWRR0102B/PWRR0102R conversion kits provide the route to the Stage 2 core. Compare that conversion before replacing pipework you can keep.
The installation guide shows the correct pipe arrangement and reuse of the original grommet. Have the fitter check joint seating, clamp positions, sensor connections and clearance across the engine bay.
Complete the work with a leak check. A more substantial pipe material does not make the flexible joints maintenance-free, and the kit is not a substitute for tracing an existing loss of boost.
