Airing down shouldn't feel like a chore before the fun begins. APEX Rapid Precision Valves replace your wheel's valve stems with a sliding vent you can open, throttle and close while watching a pressure gauge. You keep direct control of the pressure without removing the valve core at every stop.

Air a 35 in tyre down from 35 psi to 10 psi in under 15 seconds. The time is for one tyre at those pressures; tyre size and the pressure change affect the time you need. Close the slide gate when you reach your chosen pressure, then replace the cap.
7075 aluminium construction, Viton seals and the included cap and lanyard make these a considered, serviceable upgrade. The valve design has a 1,000-hour salt-spray test, while the seals resist chemicals, UV and ozone.
Check the valve-stem well against the clearance drawing before choosing a length. In the normal seal arrangement, the shortest counterbore measurement is 0.500 in or less for Standard and 0.900 in or less for XL. The guide shows a specific seal-flip arrangement that gains 0.100 in when needed; it is not permission to ignore clearance for the sliding tab and cap.
RPVs fit a suitable existing valve hole without drilling, but replacing the valve stem requires tyre access. APEX excludes AEV wheels on the product pages. Choose a single replacement, a set of four or a set of five to include the spare.
The standard mounting arrangement supports VS-650/950-style sensors. For compatible OEM Toyota/Japanese-style sensors, choose the RPV TPMS adapter kit in the quantity you need. Some 2022-onwards Toyotas use the American-standard arrangement instead, so identify the sensor rather than choosing purely by vehicle badge or age. Aftermarket click-in sensors are excluded from that adapter kit.
The APEX Precision Pressure Gauge lets you watch pressure while using the RPV's vent. If you prefer a stem-top fitting that avoids removing the tyres for installation, the Rapid Connect Valves offer a different screw-on approach.
Keep the valves in service with the matching RPV seal rebuild kit and replacement cap and lanyard. They are service parts, so you only need them when replacing a worn or damaged item.

Measure the valve well using the linked clearance guide. Standard normally accepts a shortest counterbore of up to 0.500 in; XL accepts up to 0.900 in. Leave room for the tab to seat and the cap to come off.
With the correct compatible sensor mounting, yes. The standard arrangement supports VS-650/950-style sensors. The separate Toyota/Japanese OEM adapter covers a different mounting style and excludes aftermarket click-in sensors.
APEX excludes AEV wheels from these RPV listings. Do not choose Standard or XL to bypass that exclusion.
The existing valve stem is replaced, so arrange the necessary tyre access with your tyre fitter. If avoiding that work is your priority, consider the separately listed screw-on Rapid Connect Valve instead.
