Changing to APEX Rapid Precision Valves doesn't have to mean giving up your compatible factory pressure sensors. This adapter provides the mounting arrangement for the specified OEM Toyota/Japanese-style sensors, with four- and five-valve kit choices.

The kit is for the compatible OEM sensor arrangement. Aftermarket click-in sensors are excluded. Some 2022-onwards Toyotas use an American-standard arrangement and do not need this adapter, so identify the sensor style before ordering.
The guide requires removing the sensor's existing valve hardware and cutting the one-piece stem to 0.500 in / 13 mm, deburring it and installing the replacement mount. This is an adapter installation with a real modification, not a clip-on addition.
Choose four or five adapters to match the RPV valve set you are fitting. If your sensor already uses the compatible American-standard arrangement, the standard RPV TPMS mount is a different replacement part rather than an extra to buy with this kit.
