Finish your RPV again with the matching replacement cap and lanyard. The tether keeps the cap with the valve while you are adjusting pressures, so it is ready to refit when the tyres are set.

This replacement includes the cap seal shown in the fitting guide and suits APEX Rapid Precision Valves. Follow the cap and lanyard replacement instructions, and check the valve is clean and properly closed before fitting the cap.
If the valve itself needs seal work, the RPV seal rebuild kit is a separate service item.
