This is the complete fuelling answer for a 2020-2023 Ford Ranger 2.3 EcoBoost: Nostrum's high flow high pressure fuel pump, at 36% more flow than the factory pump, together with a set of four high flow direct injectors flowing 40% more than the stock Ranger injectors at 19.7 g/s at 100 bar. Buying the pair matters because the two parts fix different problems. The pump lifts fuel supply through the mid-range where a working truck spends its time, and the injectors lift it at the top of the rev range where injection time runs short. Fitted together and calibrated as one job, they take fuel out of the list of things stopping the tune, and they make pump E85 a practical fuel for the truck.
A high pressure pump upgrade on its own gives the calibration more room down low. Injectors on their own give it more room up top. Nostrum's own recommendation for this truck is to run them together, and the bundle is simply that pairing with the hardware and accessories in one box. The injectors use an OEM-equivalent spray pattern designed for this engine, so idle quality, cold start and knock behaviour stay predictable instead of turning into the tuner's problem. If you already have one half, the Ranger HPFP kit is sold on its own.

No. The extra capacity is just as useful on petrol, where it lets the calibration hold its fuel target instead of trimming back. E85 is an option the hardware makes possible, not a requirement.
Fit an ethanol sensor. The Ranger ESSIM kit reads content and fuel temperature live and feeds it to the tuning suite or a gauge.
Detailed installation instructions are supplied and the parts are designed to fit like factory components, but the injector side needs care and the right tools. If you are unsure, use a workshop that knows the platform.
