The S55 fuel system has two pumps and six injectors, and this bundle replaces all eight parts in one go. It pairs Nostrum's twin Standard Bore Plus high pressure fuel pump kit, worth 36% more flow than the factory pumps at up to 240 bar, with the Stage 2 direct injector set at 1410 cc/min each, 55% up on the stock S55 injector and 12% up on the EU5 part. For an F80 M3, F82/F83 M4 or F87 M2 Competition running an aggressive map or an ethanol blend, this is the package that clears the fuel side in a single install and a single calibration rather than dragging it out over two.
The pump kit alone is a substantial job on an S55, because the intake manifold has to come off for the spacer, gaskets and extended studs. Doing the injectors at the same time means that work happens once. The pump side brings two fully welded stainless pumps, vacuum-brazed hard lines, the low-pressure plumbing and a T-split with an integrated fuel pressure sensor; the injector side brings a tested, flow-matched set of six with OEM decoupling rings already installed. Both parts are also sold separately, starting with the twin Standard Bore Plus pump kit.
Confirm your chassis code against the table below and remember this is an S55-only package, since the pump count alone rules out N55 cars. A calibration on EcuTek, Bootmod3 or MHD is required. Nostrum offers a flex fuel sensor kit as an optional addition, and on any car that will see varying ethanol content it is worth adding the F-Series flex fuel sensor kit so the tune can follow the blend.
