If you run an ethanol-blend tune, knowing what is in the fuel matters every time you fill up. The Nostrum ESSIM kit measures ethanol content and fuel temperature in real time, putting those readings on your phone through Bluetooth.
L187-1954 is the Ranger Raptor 3.0 V6 application kit, with the sensor, mounting bracket, fuel lines and pre-terminated wiring. You get a matched installation package rather than just a bare monitoring module.

The Continental sensor measures the fuel passing through the installation, giving you a way to check the blend against the tune you intend to use. That is particularly useful when blending fuels or refuelling somewhere new.
Monitoring does not make an unsuitable fuel safe for an existing calibration. Check the reading against the blend your tune requires. The vehicle still needs the right calibration and fuel-system capacity.
A fuel-pressure sensor is an additional purchase if you want pressure monitoring. An external gauge is also separate.
The iOS app provides the straightforward Bluetooth monitoring route. Individually configurable 0–5 V analogue, PWM and CAN outputs can operate simultaneously for suitable gauges, logging or other integration.
Automatic flex-fuel operation requires a compatible ECU strategy that actually uses the signal. The presence of a CAN output alone does not establish that function on your Raptor.
Professional fitting should include correct low-pressure line routing, secure electrical connections and a fuel-leak check before use. Keep the module configuration and product reference with the vehicle’s tuning records.
Nostrum’s limited lifetime warranty applies to its manufactured parts under its terms. The separate Continental sensor has its own warranty terms.
