This is a bare Stanadyne 1050-250 high pressure fuel pump core - the pump itself, with no engine installation accessories or hardware in the box. It runs a 10.5 mm piston and holds 250 bar sustained rail pressure, against the 180 bar standard rating of a production GM LT1 pump, which puts it level with GM's LT4 pump on pressure while keeping an outline comparable to the LT1 unit. Nostrum supplies these cores for shop and installer use in minimum quantities of six: a component for a fuel system you are specifying, not a weekend bolt-on.
Rail pressure is what lets a direct injector empty itself in the time it has, so the pump's ceiling becomes the calibration's ceiling. A production LT1 pump is rated to 180 bar. This core holds 250 bar (25 MPa, 3636 psi) with a 10.5 mm piston and 10 mm of maximum piston travel, displacing 1558.6 mm³ per cam revolution on a three lobe cam, in an outline close to the GM LT1 pump Nostrum identifies as 12697966 and 12625817.
Everything except the pump. The high pressure side is an M14x1 male thread with an inner female cone and the low pressure side a 3/8 inch SAE quick connect male fitting, so lines, seals, drive hardware and mounting parts are all specified around those. Nostrum expects LT-based installs to take their installation accessories from GM parts sources.

No. It is the bare pump. Fittings, lines, seals, drive parts and mounting hardware are all sourced separately.
The first figure identifies the flow capacity class, tied here to the 10.5 mm piston; the second is the maximum working pressure in bar. So a 1050-250 is the 10.5 mm core rated to 250 bar.
