Stage 3 Race is the top of Nostrum's fuelling ladder for the 2.3 EcoBoost Mustang, and it exists for cars that have already outgrown the standard upgraded injectors. It combines the 2.3 Race direct injectors, flowing 45% more than the stock injectors, with the Big Bore high pressure fuel pump at 63% more flow than factory, plus the hardware, accessories and installation instructions. That pairing is aimed squarely at built engines running a large turbo, where the injector is the limit at the top of the rev range and the pump is the limit through the middle. As with the rest of the range it all stays inside the factory direct injection system, so the ECU keeps its own diagnostics and safety functions rather than handing fuelling to a secondary controller.
Nostrum's usual high flow injectors sit 22% above stock and cover most bolt-on and stock-turbo builds comfortably. The Race injectors were developed for the 2.0 and 2.3 EcoBoost engines that have moved beyond that: a built bottom end, a much larger compressor, and a fuel target the smaller injector simply cannot meet at high rpm. If that describes your car, this is the bundle. If it does not, the Stage 2 bundle pairs the same Big Bore pump with the standard high flow injectors for less outlay.

No. On a standard compressor the smaller high flow injectors already have more capacity than the engine can use, and a much larger injector makes low-load calibration harder rather than better.
It covers the high pressure pump and the injectors. The in-tank lift pump, fuel lines and any ethanol sensing are separate decisions that should be made with your tuner around the power target.
You can, but the pump becomes the limit almost immediately at this injector size, which is why Nostrum groups them. Fitting both and calibrating once is the cleaner route.
