This is the first injector step on a 2.0 or 2.3 EcoBoost and, for most road cars, the only one they will need. Each injector flows 19.7 g/s at 100 bar, 22 percent more than the standard 2.3 unit, and runs to 240 bar, the same ceiling as Nostrum's Standard Bore Plus and Big Bore pumps. That is why it works so well on the road: the extra flow comes with the pressure headroom to use it, so a tuner can lean on rail pressure at high rpm rather than just fit a bigger hole. They are a direct replacement in the standard bores with an OEM-equivalent spray pattern, so idle, cold starts and drivability stay where they should be.
Nostrum's own recommendation for this injector is the Standard Bore Plus pump, which flows 37 percent more than the factory unit, shares the higher working pressure and costs less than the Big Bore. That pairing is aimed squarely at stock-turbo cars and pump E85. If the plan involves a large turbo and a built engine, the step up is the Race direct injector set with a Big Bore pump instead, which trades pressure ceiling for a lot more flow.
These cover the 2015 onwards Focus ST and Focus RS and the 2015-2023 Mustang EcoBoost. A tune is required; Nostrum supports COBB across all three cars and SCT on the Mustang, naming JEM Sport, Panda Motorsports, ZFG Racing, Speedperf6rmanc3, EMS, Lethal Performance, Stratified and Livernois among its tuners. The 240 bar figure assumes the rest of the system can command it, so confirm your pump and rail sensor setup with your tuner. If you are unsure, use a professional fitter.

Size and pressure. These flow 22 percent over the standard 2.3 injector and run to 240 bar; the Race set flows 45 percent over it but is limited to 200 bar. These suit stock and hybrid turbo cars, the Race set suits built engines.
Yes. The same injector covers both engines, and because the standard 2.0 injector is smaller, the step over stock is larger on a Focus ST than on a 2.3.
If the pump is standard, yes. Injectors cannot fix a supply shortfall, and Nostrum matches this set to the Big Bore pump in its Focus RS Stage 2 bundle for that reason.
