MST Performance's cold air intake system for the Honda Civic 1.5T (2022 onwards) pairs precision-engineered aluminium pipework with a heat shield that holds back engine-bay heat for cooler intake temperatures, and it arrives with all fittings and installation instructions for a direct OEM-replacement install. The eleventh-generation Civic's turbocharged 1.5 is an easy engine to like, and this kit sharpens the experience: it is designed to maximise airflow to the engine and bring out a stronger induction note and tone every time you open the throttle.
Turbocharged engines are fussy about the air they breathe, and the heat shield is what separates this kit from a bare filter bolted into a hot bay: it is there to keep intake temperatures down while the aluminium system feeds the engine.
