Build the headers your project actually needs
When the engine position or vehicle layout calls for custom headers, the Kooks WK2200 supplies the bends and collectors for your fabricator to work with. It combines twelve 1-3/4" J-bends and two 1-3/4" to 3" collectors in 304 stainless steel, ready to cut, position and weld into the chosen header layout.

Choose the flanges for your engine
You need two header flanges, purchased separately. Match their ports and bolt pattern to the cylinder heads and their port size to the 1-3/4" primary tubing. For a matching Coyote, Voodoo or Predator head, use the Kooks 1-3/4-inch Ford flange. It is sold individually, so order two for this kit. Choose the appropriate flange for any other engine.
Fabricate for clearance and access
The bends let your fabricator route the primaries around the available space. Plan engine movement, steering and starter clearance, sensor locations and the collector connection alongside the welding work. This is a custom fabrication kit, rather than a pre-shaped bolt-on header pair.
Tuning for your header upgrade
We recommend a tune once your custom headers and exhaust are complete. Contact us with the vehicle, engine and exhaust details so we can discuss calibration for your build.
