Start your custom Ford headers with the right flange
A custom header needs a flange that matches the cylinder head and the primary tube. The Kooks 70-080 uses 3/8" 304 stainless steel, round ports for 1-3/4" primaries and a dual bolt pattern for the listed Ford Coyote and 5.2 applications. It gives your fabricator a defined starting point for the header you want to build.

Match the head and primary tube
The flange supports Gen 1, 2, 3 and 4 Coyote 5.0 applications, plus the listed Voodoo and Predator 5.2 heads. Its round-port opening is for 1-3/4" primary tubing. Match the actual cylinder-head port and bolt arrangement when planning the fabricated header.
Buy the flange quantity your build needs
This is one fabrication flange, sold individually. A V8 header build needs a flange for each cylinder bank, together with the appropriate bends, collectors and welding work.
