For a 2007-2018 JK 4WD that needs new steering links, KIT155NF is a worthwhile upgrade over a basic replacement. It combines 1.5 in polished 7075-T6 aluminium rods, forged steel ends and four Ninja locking washers in one complete tie rod and drag link kit. This is the 1 Ton-series no-flip version for standard Dana 30/44 axles.

The aluminium rods double as the adjusting sleeves, so the forged ends thread directly into the main bars. SAE 1045 housings, SAE 4140 chromoly studs and metal-to-metal bearings provide substantial joint construction, with grease fittings for servicing. The polished rods bring a visible improvement to the front axle as well as replacing the original links.
This kit works with 17 in wheels and backspacing of 4.75 in or less. AEV or stock Rubicon wheels require 1.5 in spacers. KIT155NF retains the standard under-knuckle arrangement. The no-flip option is normally suggested for lifts of 3.5 in or less. A steering stabiliser bracket is separate; the stock damper position is recommended, or an appropriate relocation kit may be needed. The XP300 track-bar relocation bolt is not compatible with this 1 Ton kit because of clearance.
Fit either the Ninja washer arrangement or the Belleville alternative specified in the guide, not both stacked together. Professional fitting and alignment lets you get the benefit of the stronger linkage with the steering wheel and toe set correctly. Keep the drag-link minimum-engagement mark covered and check clearance through steering and suspension movement. Recheck the jam nuts after 500 miles, then every 5,000 miles or at oil changes.
