The EA113 2.0 TFSI powered a golden era of VAG performance - MK5 Golf GTI, Edition 35, Golf R, Audi S3, Leon Cupra R, Octavia VRS - and every one of them deserves better than its restrictive standard air box. This MST Performance cold air intake system replaces it with precision-engineered aluminium pipework designed for faster, smoother airflow into the turbo. Thirteen applications are covered across Audi, VW, Seat and Skoda from 2004-2017, with all fittings supplied for a direct OEM-replacement install.
The EA113 responds famously well to tuning, and MST design for that audience: faster air, less turbulence, minimal restriction, top-quality components, on standard cars and tuned ones alike. Fitted to any of the thirteen applications, the engine breathes through a cleaner route and answers the throttle with the induction note this era of hot VAG metal always hid.
Everything here hinges on the engine code: EA113. Later EA888 cars - including the MK6 GTI - use the MST kit for EA888-era TSI models instead. Year windows vary by model in the table below, so match your exact car and confirm the part number before ordering.

The EA113 is the earlier 2.0 TFSI - MK5 GTI era, S3 8P, Cupra R, Golf R MK6, Scirocco R. The MK6 GTI and later cars moved to EA888. Check your engine code before choosing a kit.
Yes - the MK6 Golf R kept the EA113 engine and is covered for 2009-2013, unlike the EA888-powered MK6 GTI.
