Once a Fiesta ST has a bigger pump and a decent ethanol tune, the injector becomes the next thing to run short of time, and that is usually where talk turns to methanol kits and port injection. This set of four Nostrum high flow direct injectors keeps the answer inside the standard fuel system. Each flows 1211 cc/min at 100 bar, a mass flow of 14.6 g/s, 60 percent more than the factory 1.6 EcoBoost injector and 18 percent more than the JLR swap people have leaned on for years. They drop into the standard bores as a direct-fit replacement, carry a double Teflon combustion seal and run to 240 bar. The result is a car that will take full pump E85 and hold fuelling at the top end with nothing extra bolted to the boot floor.
A larger injector is not automatically a better one. Get the plume wrong and you inherit poor idle, awkward drivability, more knock, soot and fuel washing down the bore into the oil. Nostrum develops these on spray patternation and arc flash equipment to hold an OEM-quality pattern at the higher flow, which is why they behave on a cold morning as well as on a timed run.
These suit the 2014-2019 Ford Fiesta ST 1.6 EcoBoost. A tune is required and Nostrum lists COBB, with PHUL Performance, Dizzy Tuning, Livernois, Stratified and Tunewerks among its named tuners. The 240 bar ceiling is held back by the factory rail pressure sensor, so a sensor upgrade is needed to reach it. Injectors alone will not fix a pump-limited car, so if rail pressure already drops in the midrange, plan the pump into the same job. If you are unsure, use a professional fitter.

That is exactly what Nostrum designed them for. The extra flow is intended to keep a heavily boosted 1.6 fuelled on E85 through the standard direct injection system, with no secondary injection controller or tank to look after.
Nostrum rates these 18 percent above the JLR set, so it is a real step rather than a sideways move, but only worth taking if your logs show the injectors running out rather than the pump.
If the car is otherwise standard, yes. The matching high pressure fuel pump kit is what supplies these injectors, and the Fiesta fuel bundle pairs the two.
