The kit utilises a direct replacement design for the factory intercooler and piping. This ensures a precise fit and simplified installation process.
The core is constructed using a robust bar and plate design, which is engineered to withstand high boost pressures and rigorous off road use while maintaining structural integrity.
With core dimensions of 480mm by 180mm by 125mm, this unit provides the largest volume of any factory replacement intercooler currently available.
This increased capacity maximises airflow and heat rejection, addressing the thermal limitations of the original factory unit which can struggle to maintain efficiency even at standard power levels.
By maintaining lower intake temperatures, the Process West Intercooler Kit allows for sustained engine performance and improved long term reliability.
