More room for air on its way to the turbos.
The intake upgrade does not have to stop at the airbox. This 3.5-inch Process West crossover replaces the factory plastic pipe on the 2022+ Ranger Raptor 3.0 V6 petrol, opening up that section of the airflow path.
Keep the original airbox or pair it with the Process West intake. Black blends into the engine bay; red gives the crossover a more visible place in the finished build.

The crossover carries intake air towards the turbochargers. The larger 3.5-inch passage reduces the factory crossover restriction, improving airflow and throttle response.
We would choose it when retaining the factory airbox for now, or to complete a Process West airbox installation. It is separate from the intercooler pipes, which carry compressed air on the other side of the turbochargers.
The crossover pipe is supplied with the fitting provisions shown in the guide, including a small hose-release tool and the hose and clamps used for the alternate breather arrangement. The factory grommet/bush is reused.
An airbox, filter and intercooler piping kit are separate purchases. For another brand’s airbox, the inlet connection needs to match this pipe.
Some March–September 2023 builds have a different lower intake tube. Those vehicles need additional breather-hose work using the supplied hose and clamps. The guide shows the two arrangements so the fitter can identify the one on your truck.
The job also involves removing the hot-side intercooler pipe for access. The guide shows the access and hose work so you can decide whether to fit it yourself or include it in a workshop visit.
Have the installed pipe, breather connection and nearby hoses checked for secure seating and clearance. Keep those joints in the routine service inspection, particularly after other intake work.
