The B5802 intake turns the B58 4 Series' engine bay into something worth looking at, and this clear top cover finishes the job. It closes the open top of that system's heat shield with a transparent lid, completing the enclosure while keeping the filter on display. A genuine MST Performance accessory made for the BW-B5802 system - it pairs with the intake, not with the standard car.
This cover belongs to the MST cold air intake system for the BMW 4 Series G22, G23, G82 and G83 3.0T B58. If that system is fitted, this lid closes its heat shield; if it is not, the cover has nothing to attach to.
Confirm the car runs the MST BW-B5802 intake before ordering - this cover is shaped to that system's heat shield and is not a fit for the factory airbox or other intakes.
