Bulky equipment does not have to take up the space you use every day. This BASE Rack gives your 2012-2022 double-cab Ranger a 1255 x 1155 mm roof platform for luggage, tools and outdoor equipment. The matching cab-roof mounts are included, while the low-profile aluminium rack keeps the installation tidy.

The platform is made from fully welded extruded aluminium. Internal bracing runs inside the beams, adding strength without making the rack larger, while the cross-beam layout helps keep it rigid under load. The platform arrives fully assembled, so installation centres on fitting the matched vehicle mounts.
The dovetail runs around the perimeter and along both sides of the internal beams. Matching clamps let you add, remove or reposition individual accessories without sliding them past everything else on the rack. Side-mounted fittings also leave more of the top surface available for your load.
The low-profile design keeps the rack close to the roof and helps reduce wind noise. Removable UV-resistant aluminium corner caps provide access for concealed cable routing, useful if you later add suitable rack lighting. Existing T-slot accessories can be used where their fittings or adapters suit the BASE Rack system.
The kit combines the 1255 x 1155 mm platform with the vehicle-specific mounting kit for Ford Ranger Mk5-7 Double Cab, 2012-2022; standard cab-roof version. The matching cab-roof mounting blades are included for this direct-fit application. Roof-mounted equipment counts towards the vehicle's roof-load limit, including the rack, mounts and accessories. Use the lowest applicable vehicle, mounting-system or rack limit when planning your load. This is the standard cab-roof kit; Ranger Wildtrak models use the separately listed Wildtrak mounting package.
