A Process West intake brings more of the V6’s induction character into the drive, with a complete airbox assembly built around a 6-inch K&N pod filter.
PWRRAB01 includes the box, filter, mounting bracket, silicone hose and fitting hardware. It works with the original crossover, so you can enjoy the airbox upgrade on its own or add the matching 3.5-inch crossover as a separate step.

The airbox, mounting bracket and silicone hose form a package designed around this truck. The assembly keeps a cover over the filter and accepts the factory intake-temperature sensor, with the original rubber grommets securing it at the mounting points. That dedicated fit complements the more pronounced induction note under acceleration. The less restrictive intake path also supports improved airflow and throttle response.
The fitting guide shows how these parts use the original mounting locations and intake components. The optional crossover and installation labour are separate.
The original rubber mounting grommets, intake-temperature sensor and rubber seal from the factory intake duct transfer to the new assembly. If the truck already has a different intake, make sure those original pieces are still available for the installation.
The washer filler tube is removed and refitted during the job. The guide also calls for the coolant header tank to be loosened for bracket access and the nearby coolant line secured with the supplied cable tie. Your installer checks the final connections, sensor wiring and airbox seating before refitting the cover.

Start with the airbox if you want the induction change and the dedicated K&N filter installation. Keeping the factory crossover avoids buying another component before you need it.
The separate 3.5-inch Process West crossover is the next intake-path option: black PWRRCP01B or red PWRRCP01R. The crossover has its own fitting guide, including different breather-hose steps on some 2023 builds.
For charge-air cooling after the turbos, choose an intercooler suited to your build. That is a different job from the airbox and crossover, so the parts can be chosen in stages.
We recommend a tune with the PWRRAB01 airbox, matched to your Raptor’s fuel and other modifications. Tuning is a separate service, so allow for it alongside the airbox and fitting.
Inspect the filter, its seating and the intake connections during servicing, with extra attention after dusty use. Follow the supplied K&N element’s care instructions, and keep filter-cleaning chemicals away from polished or anodised aluminium.
