A long-range tank earns its place when the next fuel stop is a long way away. Almont’s dedicated 140-litre tank guard adds a shaped alloy shield underneath that investment, helping protect it from the rougher ground along the route.
PDFRD36Raptor is for the Ranger Raptor 3.0 V6 petrol with the LongRanger TR98 140-litre tank. It is a different guard from the standard-tank plate, and it does not fit the 2.0 diesel Raptor.

The guard uses certified EN AW-5083 H111 aluminium alloy in Almont’s SportDuty 6 mm specification. It weighs 15 kg.
The shape matters as much as the material: a guard for the standard tank is not automatically suitable for a larger replacement. This is the guard to pair with the LongRanger TR98 140-litre tank we also sell.
This is the fuel-tank protection plate for the 140-litre configuration. It does not include the tank, fuel-transfer equipment or the other underbody guards.
If your Raptor still has the standard tank, choose the separate standard-tank plate. The gearbox/transfer guard protects a different area ahead of the tank.
Plan the installation alongside the tank, exhaust and neighbouring protection so the mounts and clearances work together. Include the guard’s weight as well as the tank and extra fuel in your vehicle-load calculations.
After rough use, inspect the guard and fixings, clear trapped debris and check for contact with the tank. A strong strike can require inspection even when there is no obvious leak.
