You do not need a long-range tank to make fuel-tank protection worthwhile. This Almont guard adds a 6 mm alloy shield underneath the standard tank, giving a trail and touring Raptor another layer between its fuel system and the terrain.
For your 2022+ petrol Raptor, choose the Ranger Raptor V6 3.0 option. The diesel and earlier-Raptor plates have their own vehicle selections.

PDFRD6Raptor uses certified EN AW-5083 H111 aluminium alloy in Almont’s SportDuty 6 mm specification. The guard weighs 15 kg.
A tank guard serves a different part of the underside from the front bash plate. It is a useful next section when the front is already protected and you want coverage further back without changing the fuel capacity.
This is the standard-tank guard. Almont’s PDFRD36Raptor is the separate guard for the LongRanger TR98 140-litre tank on the V6 petrol Raptor.
The vehicle option and the tank configuration both matter. Choose the V6 petrol plate for your truck, then match it to the standard tank or the specified long-range installation.
The purchase is the tank protection plate for the selected application. It does not supply a replacement fuel tank or the front and gearbox guards.
Have the installer check the mounting and exhaust clearance, including any neighbouring aftermarket protection. After muddy trips, clear trapped debris and inspect the guard and fixings. Treat a substantial impact as a reason to inspect the protected tank too.
