The next pump step for a Raptor build with bigger ambitions.
A bigger build can need more high-pressure fuel supply without needing another set of injectors. The Nostrum Goliath kit lets you make that pump step on its own, with the Raptor-specific mounting and connection hardware included.
Its 60% flow increase over stock puts it above Big Bore in this range. We would choose it when the planned fuel demand justifies the additional pump capacity and the injectors already fitted are suitable.

Goliath delivers 60% more flow than stock, compared with Big Bore’s 47%. The gain is additional fuel supply for an engine whose turbos, injectors and chosen fuel can use it. It is particularly relevant when the finished larger-turbo or ethanol-fuel build needs more than the existing pump can deliver.
The pump still relies on sufficient supply from the tank, and the injectors still need to deliver the required quantity into the cylinders. Nostrum’s reference to supporting more than 750 WHP on E85 is a fuel-capacity estimate with supporting hardware, not an output promised from fitting the pump.
Choose the pump kit when suitable, serviceable injectors are already on the truck. Choose Stage X when you want Goliath and six Stage 3 injectors together. For a build staying within Big Bore’s supply capability, that smaller pump remains an alternative.
Use H086-2021 for this Raptor application. The Goliath name also appears on other EcoBoost kits with different mounting and fuel-line arrangements; the kit reference identifies the parts you need.
Professional fitting and matching ECU calibration are required separately. Your tuner needs software support for the vehicle and the correct pump data. Establish ECU software support before fitting so installation and calibration can be arranged together.
Petrol and pump E85 are supported with matching calibration. Nostrum cautions about deposits with intermediate E30–E50 blends and recommends periodic petrol use when running them. Agree a compatible fuel and maintenance routine with your tuner.
An ethanol analyser, new injectors and any tank-side supply upgrade are separate. Automatic flex-fuel operation also needs a supported ECU strategy. Plan around the fuel available on your regular journeys and longer trips.
Goliath is built to order. Arrange installation and calibration around the delivery estimate. The supplied damping sleeve and clips control vibration in the specified fuel-line arrangement and belong in the installation as directed.
Future changes to engine hardware, turbos or fuel need the system reassessed. Nostrum’s limited lifetime hardware warranty applies subject to its terms.

We would compare Big Bore first against the planned fuel demand. Goliath becomes the stronger purchase when the finished engine needs its additional supply, particularly with larger turbos or demanding fuel plans.
No. H086-2021 is the pump kit. Retain suitable injectors or choose the Stage X bundle for Goliath and six Stage 3 injectors together.
No. It upgrades the engine’s high-pressure pump. The low-pressure supply from the tank must also meet the planned demand.
Use the Raptor-specific H086-2021 kit. Other applications can have different mounting and lines even when they use the same pump family.
No. Ethanol measurement and an ECU strategy that uses it are separate requirements. Use the fuel your complete system is calibrated for and follow Nostrum’s intermediate-blend guidance.
