The Nostrum Audi EA837 3.0 TFSI Supercharged V6 High Flow DI Injector Set is the quiet upgrade on a tuned supercharged Audi: 15% more injector flow than the factory Continental unit, at what Nostrum positions as OE replacement pricing. On a B8 S4 or S5 running a pulley and a map, the injector is often the part quietly capping the calibration, and 15% extra volume is the difference between a tuner working around the fuelling and working with it. These flow 1484 cc/min at 100 bar with a 180 bar maximum operating pressure and an OEM compatible spray pattern, and they went through seven months of in-vehicle testing before release. They drop straight in as a Bosch HDEV5 replacement with no harness and no spacers, and all the factory diagnostic functions carry on working as they did.
This is not a race-injector jump, and that is deliberate. A modest, well-matched increase keeps the minimum pulse width behaviour close to standard, which is what keeps idle and part-throttle drivability clean while giving the tuner room at the top. The factory injectors are Continental; these are built on the Bosch HDEV5 family and swap in the same place.
Most supercharged V6 builds run into the injector first on a pulley and map, and the pump becomes the limit as the target climbs or the fuel changes. The EA837 high pressure fuel pump is the next step, and the EA837 pump and injector bundle does both together if you would rather not open the same job twice.
Fitment is decided by the CAJA or CCAA engine code, so check that before the model year, and note that the later EA837 EVO engines with CREA or CREC codes are a different fuel system. A tune is required; Nostrum names HP Tuners and winOLS, with Stratified and JH Motorsports as certified tuners.
