An X3 or X4 with the 2.0T B48 spends its life under load - passengers, luggage, towing, hills - and its restrictive standard air box never lets the engine clear its throat. This MST Performance cold air intake system replaces it with precision-engineered aluminium pipework designed for faster, less turbulent airflow into the turbo. The SUV keeps its refinement at a cruise and gains a purposeful intake note when pressed. Covers X3 (F97 G01 G08 codes) and X4 (F98 G02) B48 cars from 2018 on, with all fittings for a direct OEM-replacement install.
SUV engines rarely get to rest, which makes the intake route matter more, not less. MST design around accelerating airflow and minimising restriction, with top-quality components throughout the kit. On the B48-powered X3 and X4 that means a cleaner feed exactly when the turbo is leaning hardest - fully loaded, uphill, overtaking - plus a note that reminds you there is an engine up front.
For 2.0T B48 petrol X3 and X4 models from 2018 on. Diesels are not covered, and the six-cylinder M40i takes the MST B58 kit for the X3/X4 M40i instead. Check your engine code and confirm the part number against your exact car before ordering.

The 2.0T petrol versions - typically xDrive20i and 30i-badged cars from 2018 on. Diesels and the M40i six use different parts, so check your engine code first.
