An E60 diesel bought at six figures on the clock is well suited to a washable, reusable replacement filter. Ramair's dual-layer foam panel drops into the standard airbox on the 520d and twin-turbo 535d applications in the table - plus the listed 635d row - replacing the paper element with a washable, UK-made part while the intake stays untouched.
Match chassis and engine: 520d rows run 2007-2010, 535d rows 2004-2010, and the source table lists a 635d under the E61 chassis - check the part number against your registration for that one. The CK-003 cleaning kit for washing is sold separately.
