Custom ECU tuning for the 2025-onwards Polaris Xpedition, calibrated by Lukos Engineering. The Xpedition is built to carry kit a long way from help, which is exactly where drivability and consistent response earn their keep - so the calibration is developed around your machine rather than pulled off a shelf. Choose custom dyno calibration for the fully measured route, a tune supplied with the tuning device, or tune only if you already run the hardware.
Confirm your machine is a 2025+ Xpedition before ordering and tell us about any modifications - intake, exhaust or otherwise - so the calibration matches the build. Tune-only requires a compatible tuning device you already own; the tune-and-device option includes the hardware. Dyno sessions are booked after purchase.
