The Stage 2 Gauntlet bundle is Nostrum's biggest fuel-system package for the BMW B58 Gen 1, and the one to buy when the build has already moved beyond a standard turbo or a mild ethanol blend. It pairs the cast stainless Gauntlet 1170-250 high pressure fuel pump kit, flowing 68% more than stock and 4% more than Nostrum's original Big Bore pump, with the Stage 2 direct injector set at 1434 cc/min and 66% more flow than the factory injector. Together they take the 250 bar Gen 1 fuel system about as far as it goes, and both halves are ethanol compatible.
The pump is the same Gauntlet unit in both packages; the injectors separate them. Stage 2 carries 66% more flow against Stage 1's 35%, at the cost of a lower 220 bar injector rating, so the extra capacity is used as volume rather than pressure. If the car is still on a standard turbo and a blended ethanol map, the Stage 1 Gauntlet bundle is easier to calibrate cleanly.
For the 250 bar Gen 1 B58 only. The Gen 2 engine moved to a 350 bar system and cannot use these parts, and a Gen 1 with the Dorch camshaft pump lobe is excluded. Check your car against the table below, and load the tune before the engine is started. The Stage 2 injectors are sold on their own if the pump is already fitted.

No. Those cars run a 350 bar fuel system and their own injector set. This bundle is built around the 250 bar Gen 1 architecture of the F-chassis cars.
A larger nozzle moves more fuel per millisecond but tolerates less pressure, so Stage 2 sits at 220 bar. Give your calibrator that figure and the pressure target is right from the first map.
No. The bundle covers the pump kit and injectors only. Book the calibration alongside the fitting work; the engine should not be started before the map is loaded.
