The S63 is BMW's 4.4 twin-turbo V8, and once it is tuned hard or fed ethanol the factory direct injectors become the restriction. Nostrum's high flow set replaces all eight with injectors flowing 20.2 g/s at 100 bar and rated to 250 bar of operating pressure. How big a step that is depends on which S63 you have: it is 31% more than the EU5 S63TU injector and 59% more than the EU6 S63TU2 part. Every injector is tested statically and dynamically, keeps an OEM-comparable spray pattern, and arrives with its decoupling ring already fitted, so the set drops in without a harness change or spacers.
This matters when you are working out whether the upgrade is worth it. An earlier EU5 S63TU car gains 31%, because its factory injector was already fairly large. A later EU6 S63TU2 car gains 59% from the same part. Same injector, very different headroom, so identify which engine variant your car left the factory with before you plan the tune around it. Nostrum quotes 1300 whp on petrol and 975 whp on E85 as what this injector can support in a fully built and calibrated car, not as a result of fitting it.
Confirm the model year against the table below, then confirm the engine variant, since EU5 and EU6 cars start from different factory injectors. A calibration is required and Nostrum lists MHD for this application, with Bootmod3 support described as coming.
