The latest Civic 1.5T is the most grown-up small Honda yet — refined to the point of hiding its turbo entirely. This MST Performance cold air intake for 2022-on cars brings some character back: aluminium pipework, a heat-shielded washable nanofiber filter and an induction note you can actually hear when you work the engine. It installs as a direct replacement, keeping the bay tidy and the car simple to live with.
Honda has used the 1.5T across several Civic generations, and the intake packaging is not interchangeable — so MST builds a kit per generation. This is the 2022-on version. If your car is the earlier 2017-era 1.5T, the tenth-generation Civic kit is the correct one; FL5 Type R owners have their own dedicated system.
