This MST Performance turbo inlet pipe gives the B58 Gen 2 a larger, smarter airway into the turbocharger: an aluminium alloy pipe with a golf-ball textured interior for optimised airflow, fitting the BMW M240i (G42/G87 range), M340i (G20/G80/G28), M440i (G22/G23/G82/G83), Z4 M40i and Toyota GR Supra. It bolts on directly with no cutting, works with the factory airbox or MST intakes, and includes bushing support for both standard and upgraded turbochargers.
Like a golf ball's dimples, the textured internal surface manages the boundary layer of air moving through the pipe — MST's approach to raising flow without simply making an enormous inlet. It is a distinctly engineered alternative to the OEM-style B58 inlet kit, and pairs naturally with the MST B58 4 Series cold air intake.
