The correct transfer plate can help you position a Sentinel light more neatly around the mounting point and nearby bodywork. Choose the plate for the actual mount and direction of adjustment, keeping the lamp's support and aiming arrangement correct.
Choose the angled arrangement or the flat transfer plates for the named Sentinel mount. Check the compatible lamp, mount and stated adjustment for that SKU; the two arrangements are not the same set of parts.

The angled transfer plates let you change the mounting plane between horizontal and vertical. They are useful when the available roof-rack or vehicle fixing is not accessible in the orientation the Sentinel bracket normally needs.

Use the channel nuts and bolts specified for the rack: the guide shows Front Runner M8 square nuts with M8 x 25 mm bolts and Rhino-Rack M8 channel nuts with M8 x 16 mm bolts. For the roof-rack Sentinel example, rotate the Wide Mount vertically. Other rack channels need their own compatibility check.

The flat transfer plates let you offset the lamp mounting position when the original fixing point is awkward or unsuitable. They help you achieve the position you want while keeping the installation properly supported.
