A good light bar deserves more than improvised brackets. This without-roof-rails mounting kit gives you stainless brackets, positioning spacers and security fixings so the installer can achieve a secure, neatly positioned roof installation.

Lower the headlining and check roof and airbag clearances before drilling. The fitting guide specifies 5 mm rivet holes and sealed 9 mm cable entries, with a protected cable route and drip loop. This is a drilled/riveted installation, not a clamp-on system.

The rack-specific mounting kit gives the bar a tidy, secure position on the compatible Rhino-Rack system. Matching channel hardware and the included foam strip help you achieve a cleaner installation than adapting generic brackets.

The specified roof cable route can require a sealed 10 mm drilled entry. Lower the headlining and check airbag clearances before drilling. A suitable secured external route may avoid roof drilling on some vehicles. A dashboard on/off switch can require a 20 mm hole.

For Rhino-Rack Series 5. The bar mounts beneath the rack using the standard Linear side brackets supplied with the lamp; the lamp anti-theft side brackets are not suitable for this arrangement.

High-beam connection

If the vehicle has no usable 12 V high-beam trigger, a suitable CAN interface is needed to switch the lamp with the factory high beam; the interface is sold separately.

Put useful light on your Front Runner rack

A rack-mounted bar should look like it belongs there. This Front Runner mounting kit gives you the specified brackets and channel hardware for a secure light-bar installation on the compatible rack arrangement.

Mount the light beneath the rack

The brackets position a suitable light bar beneath the front of a compatible Front Runner rack. The fitting guide shows Linear-42 and Triple-R 24 examples; check the exact bar, mounting space and rack channel before fitting.
