The rail-less kit covers Ranger 2015+ and Raptor 2018+, with a choice of road high-beam-approved Standard Linear-42 or off-road-only Triple-R 24 Elite; confirm the roof before ordering for a 2015 Ranger. Ranger 2016-2022 and Raptor 2018-2022 with the specified roof rails use the separate Standard Linear-36 package. Each choice uses its own mounting and wiring requirements.

The result is a purposeful lighting upgrade with a real choice between a low-profile road high beam and a longer-reaching off-road bar. Choose the lamp to suit how you use your vehicle, then use the exact mounting kit for its roof.
Choose the Standard Linear-42 if you want a slim bar with a wide view across the track and ECE R112 high-beam approval. It produces 15,750 raw lumens and reaches 492 m at 1 lux. Its low-profile aerodynamic housing helps keep roof-mounted wind noise down.
Choose the Triple-R 24 Elite when long-range off-road lighting is the priority. It produces 27,060 raw lumens and reaches 1,176 m at 1 lux, combining distance with a useful spread across the surrounding ground. This exact Triple-R 24 Elite has no road high-beam approval.
Both options include the selected lamp and matching mounts: 67 mm brackets for the Linear-42 and 95 mm brackets for the Triple-R 24 Elite.
The brackets are made from 3 mm A2 stainless steel, finished in UV-stable satin-black powder coat. Stainless countersunk anti-theft fasteners and positioning spacers keep the bar secure and give the installer the adjustment needed for a tidy result.
Both lamps use 5,000 K white light. Their optics and mounting position work together to give you useful reach while helping limit unwanted light on the bonnet when correctly aimed.
The figures describe one selected lamp, with lamp-only weight. They do not describe the complete installed roof kit. Linear-42 Standard and Triple-R 24 Elite have different road-approval status.

Keep the lens clean, inspect the fixings and cable entry during servicing and check that the beam remains correctly aimed. Both lamp options have a 100 ms start-up time; match that timing if combining them with other lights for simultaneous switching.
The Standard Linear-42 carries ECE R112 approval when installed and used correctly. The Triple-R 24 Elite is the off-road option and has no road high-beam approval.

For Ranger 2016-2022 and Raptor 2018-2022 with the specified roof rails. The brackets use existing M6 rail fixings, but fitting removes the headlining and rails and drills the specified 9 mm holes in the rail and roof for the cable route. Use the supplied grommets and sealed heat-shrink splices, clear the airbags and form the specified drip loop. This is the Linear-36 configuration.
Follow the exact vehicle fitting instructions for the mounting position, trimming, fixing holes and cable route. Have the lamps aimed together where a pair is fitted and test the switching before use.
The electrical connection needs the correct fused supply and high-beam trigger. A compatible CAN interface is a separate installation component where the vehicle does not provide the required conventional signal. Talk to us if you would like help choosing that connection.
Keep the lenses clean and check the fixings, cable protection and electrical connections during servicing. The quoted LED design life is not a guarantee of the complete installation's lifespan, and the warranty remains subject to its terms.
Use the approved operating mode for the exact selected lamp and a compliant installation. Boost output and functions such as amber position lighting, warning beacons or yellow off-road lighting have separate conditions.
