There is a real difference between reaching camp after dark and enjoying the drive there. This Lazer Glide roof pod gives your Amarok broad illumination across the route and long reach ahead, with two lamps neatly integrated into one gloss-black housing.
The pair produces up to 23,000 raw lumens in Boost mode, reaching 775 m at 1 lux. Its 64-degree horizontal spread helps you see the track edges and surrounding ground, while the slim pod keeps the finished truck looking clean and purposeful.
The pod is custom-shaped for the 2023+ Amarok and made from strong, UV-stable PC-ASA with an automotive-grade 2K gloss-black finish. Both Glide lamps are pre-mounted, so the installation has the consistent position and finish of a purpose-designed kit.
A bonded mount and the supplied 1.2 m A-pillar wire concealer let you route the cables without drilling the roof. The fitting guide also provides a drilled cable route. Positioning templates help the installer place the pod accurately.
Flash-to-Dim lets you change between the output levels. The ECE R149 road high-beam approval applies to low-output mode only. Boost mode provides the headline output and distance for use where that mode is permitted; it is not covered by the lower-output road approval.
The included wiring kit connects the two lamps to the vehicle installation. On compatible LED Matrix-equipped Amaroks, a suitable CANNY interface can provide the high-beam control signal. CANNY and any additional control button are separate purchases on this listing; talk to us if you would like help choosing the control arrangement.
The output, power and distance figures below are for both Glide lamps together in Boost mode. Weight is per lamp. Road approval applies to low-output mode only.

Raw lumens describe the light generated by the LEDs. Driver field-of-view flux measures the light within 45 degrees either side and 10 degrees above and below the driver's view. Lux-distance figures describe the specified illumination level at that distance; they are not a promise that every object can be seen from that far away.
The package contains the roof pod with two Glide lamps pre-mounted, left and right positioning templates, five cleaning sachets, positioning materials, black Dow Corning adhesive, one-lamp wiring kit and Y-splitter, 12 V relay, cable grommet, two heat-shrink butt connectors and a 1.2 m wire concealer.
The lamps and pod are designed and manufactured in the UK. Installation labour and any vehicle interface are separate.
Have the surfaces prepared and the adhesive applied exactly as directed, then leave the vehicle parked for the required curing time. Check the adhesive use-by date before arranging installation. Lazer recommends fitting within one month of purchase.
Use the fitting guide to check rail, rack and other roof-equipment clearances. Keep the lenses clean and inspect the bond, mounts and wiring during servicing.
Yes. The two Glide lamps are pre-mounted in the roof pod, and the base installation materials and lamp wiring kit are included.
A no-drill installation is possible using the bonded pod and supplied A-pillar wire concealer. The instructions also cover a drilled wiring route.
No. A suitable interface is a separate purchase if your headlight system needs it. This listing has one kit option, not the CANNY/button combinations offered on our Ranger pod.

Keep the Amarok parked for a minimum of 24 hours above 20 C. The fitting guide describes this as sufficient bonding for low-speed driving only. Full bonding takes seven days and longer in colder conditions.
Yes, by following the specified bonded-pod removal procedure. Removal may need specialist adhesive and surface work, and a mark-free result is not guaranteed.
