A clearer view of an unlit road is an upgrade you can appreciate long after the working day is over. Vehicle-specific grille mounts keep the lamps neatly integrated, giving you useful illumination without an oversized external bar.
A useful beam is about more than a bright spot in the distance. Light across the road edges and the surrounding ground helps you read bends, entrances and uneven terrain, while the selected lamp's long-range beam extends your view ahead.
The vehicle-specific mounting arrangement holds the lights in the intended position and gives the installer a secure way to aim them. The lamp choice and operating mode determine the output and approved use; a grille mount alone does not make every lamp function road approved.
The shaped mounts follow the vehicle's original front-end design. Strong, UV-stable material resists weather and chemicals, helping the installation stay neat through everyday use.
Use the supplied fixing method and the intended Lazer lamps. Where cutting guides are supplied, they help the installer make accurate openings; they do not remove the need to cut the original parts.
Check whether your Transit Connect is 2018-2021 or 2023+. The earlier grille kit offers Linear-18 Standard, Elite or brackets only. The 2023+ kit also offers Elite+, i-LBA and the listed Glide options. Choose within your year group; complete lamp kits include matching wiring, while brackets only excludes lamps and wiring.
Choose the mounting-only option if you already have the matching lamps. It excludes lamps and wiring. The named lamp options add the selected lamps to the vehicle-specific mounting arrangement.
Linear-18 gives you a slim bar with a broad view of the road. Standard has a lower electrical draw; Elite puts more light across the same discreet mounting position.

The drive in your Ford Transit Connect 2023+ does not have to finish when the daylight does. This Lazer lighting kit gives you a clearer view ahead, with lamps positioned neatly at the front of the vehicle rather than a large exposed bar dominating its appearance.
For Transit Connect 2023+ with the specified grille.
The i-LBA option adds Intelligent Low Beam Assist. After more than three seconds of high-beam use, it enters assist when the high beam is switched off, unless disabled with its separate switch. Its sensors respond to oncoming light and reflective signs, reducing the affected light zones. Lazer recommends mounting below 1 m for best sensor performance and keeping the lens clean. It is not an approved dipped-beam headlamp; use its approved E-Mark high-beam mode where required.
First choose the straight Linear-18 or curved 20-inch Glide housing. Glide gives 548 m at 1 lux and a 60-degree spread in Boost; Glide Elite gives 624 m and a 66-degree spread. Both use a monocoque lens and Dynamic Dip for a smoother transition between output modes. Their R149 ref 12.5 high-beam approval applies in low-output E-Mark mode only. The two Glide options labelled with position light add a white R148-approved position light; the other Glide options do not.
Elite+ adds four modes: white Boost, reduced white E-Mark, yellow Snow/Fog/Dust and combined white/yellow. Use the momentary switch to suit the conditions; its memory function recalls your last mode. Yellow and Combo are not approved road high-beam modes.
Figures are for one selected Linear-18 or Glide lamp in the stated mode. A lux-distance is measured at the stated illumination threshold. Boost figures are separate from approved lower-output modes.

Each complete lamp package contains one selected Linear-18 or Glide with matching wiring and mounts. Keep the grille on the vehicle and use the two cutting guides for the required cutting and 3.5 mm drilling. Apply thread-seal compound such as Loctite 222 to the lamp fasteners; Elite+ and i-LBA follow their own lamp wiring instructions.
Use the approved operating mode for the exact selected lamp and a compliant installation. Boost output and functions such as amber position lighting, warning beacons or yellow off-road lighting have separate conditions.

Fitting requires grille cutting and pilot drilling using the correct vehicle-specific guide, with thread sealant where specified.
When combining different Lazer lamp types on the same vehicle, match their start-up delays. Start-up time is the delay between applying power and the lamp lighting.
For Transit Connect 2018-2021 with the specified grille.
The Standard lamp is R112 ref 30; Double Elite has R149 ref 2x 25 approval, with an optional cap providing R112 ref 2x 10. Use a compliant high-beam installation. These are the two lamp grades offered here.
Follow the exact vehicle fitting instructions for the mounting position, trimming, fixing holes and cable route. Have the lamps aimed together where a pair is fitted and test the switching before use.
The electrical connection needs the correct fused supply and high-beam trigger. A compatible CAN interface is a separate installation component where the vehicle does not provide the required conventional signal. Talk to us if you would like help choosing that connection.
Keep the lenses clean and check the fixings, cable protection and electrical connections during servicing. The quoted LED design life is not a guarantee of the complete installation's lifespan, and the warranty remains subject to its terms.

It supplies the mounting arrangement without lamps or wiring. Select the appropriate named lamp package if you need the lamps as well.
The installation needs a usable high-beam signal. Where the vehicle does not provide one, a compatible separate CAN interface is needed. Test the actual signal rather than assuming every LED-headlight vehicle uses the same connection.
Raw lumens describe the light generated by the LEDs. Driver field-of-view flux describes useful light within 45 degrees either side and 10 degrees above and below the driver's view. A lux-distance figure states the illumination level at that distance, rather than how far every object can be seen.
