Give your LS-swapped Wrangler a matching front exhaust

These Kooks headers provide the 1-7/8" front arrangement for the JK LS-engine conversion. The 3" TORCA Swivel-Seal outlets, O2 bungs and included fitting parts let you build the exhaust around the matching LS-swap components.

Headers and fitting parts together

The headers use 304 stainless steel, round ports and 3/8" laser-cut flanges. PY-8024-AL gaskets, BK110 header bolts and TORCA Swivel-Seal clamps are included.

Match the conversion hardware

Use an RPM Extreme or similar swap kit, JKLS-HC-ENG-MOUNT plate or similar and GM Gen 4 hydraulic mounts. A minimum 2-1/2" suspension lift is recommended. The four-door application is shown below; a two-door conversion may need fuel-tank relocation and separate fitment planning.
