Give your LS-powered Jeep a matching exhaust
An LS conversion is a big change to your Jeep. These Kooks headers are made around that conversion, with 1-3/4-inch mandrel-bent 304 stainless primaries and 3-inch TORCA collectors for the 2007-2018 JK 4-door.

Header fitting parts included
The 3/8-inch laser-cut round-port flanges use the factory bolt pattern. PY-8024-AL gaskets, BK110 header bolts and TORCA clamps are included, ready to join the matching Kooks LS-swap Y-pipe. O2 bungs are included for the sensor connections.
The engine mounting matters
Use an RPM Extreme or comparable conversion kit, with JKLS-HC-ENG-MOUNT or comparable mounts and GM Gen IV hydraulic engine mounts. A minimum 2-1/2-inch lift is recommended. Plan those parts with your installer so the engine and driveline sit where the exhaust needs them.
Complete the exhaust
Add the matching LS-swap Y-pipe and cat-back. The headers, front connections and rear system are separate products that work together in this conversion.
