Whether your GTO has the LS1 5.7 or LS2 6.0, Kooks long tube headers give the exhaust a purpose-made starting point. 24102400 uses 1-7/8-inch 304 stainless primaries and 3-inch collectors for the listed 2004-2006 applications.

Extensions for the model-year differences
Two 12-inch and one 18-inch O2 extensions are supplied to cover the differing sensor arrangements. Your installer uses the appropriate harnesses for the actual year rather than treating all three as a fixed layout.
Choose the connections for your model year
The 2004 LS1 connections use a 2-1/2-inch OEM outlet; the 2005-2006 LS2 connections use a 3-inch OEM outlet. Choose the matching Kooks front pipes with these headers. Engine mounts should be in sound condition so the headers keep the intended steering clearance.

Matching products
For a 2004 LS1 5.7 GTO, use the 2004 GTO Competition connections; the later LS2 connection has a different rear outlet. For a 2005-2006 LS2 6.0 GTO, choose the 2005-2006 GTO Competition connections with its 3-inch OEM outlet.
