A matched header-and-X-pipe kit is a satisfying next step for your LS3-powered Chevrolet SS. These Kooks packages combine 1-7/8" long tube headers with a stainless steel crossover and a 2-1/2" OEM rear interface. Choose Performance or GREEN cats around your engine and its modifications.

One upgrade, two catalyst choices
Both kits have 1-7/8" primaries and 3" collectors. The supplied X-pipe takes the new front exhaust to the 2-1/2" factory-style rear connection. Performance cats suit naturally aspirated builds; GREEN is the option here for an engine with a supercharger or turbocharger.
Keep your favourite rear exhaust
The OEM rear interface gives you a useful route to retain the rear system you already like. It also makes the kit easier to plan around a compatible cat-back, rather than replacing every section of the exhaust at once. Match the actual rear connection when choosing the complete setup.
