Give your first-generation SVT Raptor a front exhaust upgrade made for its 6.2-litre V8. These Kooks long tube headers offer 1-3/4" or 1-7/8" primaries, both with 3" outlets and O2 extensions for the years.

Both options need a matching Kooks Y-pipe or full exhaust. Choose the primary size around your engine modifications and completed exhaust, rather than assuming a larger tube is always the better purchase.
Plan the 1-7/8-inch installation
The 6.2 Raptor fitting instructions call for the oil dipstick tube to be rerouted with 1-7/8" headers. Professional installation is worthwhile so that routing, sensor wiring and nearby clearances are handled together.
